11th China Pu'er Tea Festival

The 11th China Pu'er Tea Festival was held from April 27 to 29, 2011 and in Simao City. One hundred artists, one hundred calligraphers and one hundred photographers came to Pu'er to give Pu'er tea new humanistic interpretations. 11 calligraphers wrote the same character "Cha" (meaning "tea" literally") in 11 different ways, drawing the curtain for "Pu'er 2011 in Calligraphy and Painting". In addition, the National Ethnic Tea Art and Tea Ceremony Competition and visit of Chinese and foreign guests to the tea mountain also enhanced the brand effects of Pu'er tea.

12th China Pu'er Tea Festival

From June 16th to June 19th, 2012, Beijing International Tea Expo, Beijing Maliandao International Tea Culture Festival and the 12th China Pu'er Tea Festival were convened in Beijing. The Pu'er tea exhibition, the "Youth and Pu'er" series of activities, the green economy development seminar, the upscale tea appreciation, the night of coffee and the premiere of the movie Mount Awa brought people from all around the world to experience the unique charm of the "Wonderful Pu'er as a Regimen Paradise".

13th China Pu'er Tea Festival

2013 International Tea Convention, 8th Yunnan (China) International Pu'er Tea Expo and 13th China Pu'er Tea Festival was held from May 25th to 27th in Pu'er. The International Tea Convention was the only one of its kind reported by the Ministry of Commerce, reviewed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and approved by the State Council. It is a name card of China's tea industry for the international market. At the same time, the tea festival further enhanced the popularity and reputation of Pu'er, brought more people to understand Pu'er and experience the sound ecological environment in Pu'er and attracted more enterprises to invest in dendrobium, coffee and other green industries. It also provided an opportunity for the integration of Pu'er ethnic minority culture and Pu'er tea culture and for meeting of international elements with Pu'er elements.
