North Sea Fleet conducts training in the West Pacific (3)

The far-sea training taskforce under the North Sea Fleet of the Navy of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) sailed toward the waters of the West Pacific for far-sea training on May 25, 2013.

The taskforce is composed of the Qingdao guided missile destroyer, the Linyi guided missile frigate, and the Hongze Lake comprehensive supply ship, together with two ship-borne helicopters. This high-sea training is part of the routine military training of the North Sea Fleet in 2013.
