Arriving in Beijing (4)

(People's Daily Online)

12:00, February 28, 2013

Four students chat online in the rented apartment near the subway station of Chongwenmen on Feb. 23, 2013. They are from Lanzhou University and came to Beijing for internship before the Spring Festival. Because of the high rent, 10 students share one apartment of 60 meter square in Beijing: 4 girls live in the bedroom; 6 boys live in the living room. They put money together to buy foods. The life in Beijing isn't easy, but they still have a lot of fun with such a nest. When talking about Beijing, they all feel that the air quality is bad and life cost is so high. Except one girl who wants to stay in Beijing, the rest of them prefer to go back for work after the internship.(Photo/China Youth Daily)
