Xixi county of Dongtai in Jiangsu province is my hometown. Its history starts from the Western Han dynasty (206 B.C.-A.D. 24). A millennium ancient temple - Taishan temple and Haichunxuan Tower built between Tang and Song dynasties make Xixi a well-known tourist destination. My grandmother Ma Lanzhen lives here. She is 92-year-old. 74 years ago, she came here to marry my grandfather - a man she never met before. She was so young and beautiful. In this small town, she buried her husband and two sons. It becomes her home that she could never leave. (Photo/Beijing News)
