Join us at a Tibetan classmate's graduation ceremony

In June, under clear skies in Xining, capital of northwest China's Qinghai Province, Golog Xining Ethnic Middle School held its graduation ceremony.

Students changed into their own Tibetan robes and walked one by one through the "Top Scholar Gate," where teachers and classmates placed a white hada around their necks- a ceremonial scarf symbolizing goodwill and blessings.

As the graduates stepped out of the school gate, the next great stretch of life lay ahead. We wish them a happy graduation and a bright future!
