BRICS media professionals, experts look forward to BRICS "China Year" in 2027

Chinese President Xi Jinping said that China will assume the BRICS presidency next year and will host the 19th BRICS Summit at the Session I of the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi, India on Sept.12.

Media professionals and experts from BRICS countries told People's Daily Online that President Xi's attendance at the 18th BRICS Summit is of great significance to the development of BRICS cooperation, and expressed their anticipation for China to assume the BRICS chairship next year.
