Senior CPC official meets Mongolia's Democratic Party delegation
BEIJING, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- Senior Communist Party of China (CPC) official Li Ganjie met with a delegation of the Mongolia's Democratic Party, led by its chairman Odon Tsogtgerel, in Beijing on Tuesday.
Li, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and head of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, said China stands ready to work with Mongolia to fully implement the important common understandings reached by the two heads of state, firmly support each other on issues concerning each other's core interests, deepen synergy between the two countries' development strategies and cooperation, expand friendly exchanges, and advance the building of a China-Mongolia community with a shared future.
Tsogtgerel said the Democratic Party firmly adheres to the one-China principle, and looks forward to stepping up inter-party exchanges with the Chinese side to promote the sound and steady development of Mongolia-China relations.
