China responds to Canada's retaliatory tariffs on U.S. goods

BEIJING, Aug. 26 (Xinhua) -- China always advocates that all parties should resolve each other's economic and trade concerns through equal dialogue and consultation, Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said on Wednesday.

Lin made the remarks at a regular press briefing in response to a query on Canada's recent announcement of retaliatory tariffs on U.S. goods.
