Chinese, U.S. youth connect through rhythmic gymnastics

Young rhythmic gymnasts from China and the United States gathered at Beijing's Shougang Park on Aug. 10 for a youth exchange program.

The event brought together athletes from China's Aurora International Sports Training Center and the Oregon Rhythmic Gymnastics and Dance Academy of the United States. The participants took part in joint training, performances and cultural activities, using sport as a bridge to foster friendship and mutual understanding.
