Hamas official says has reached an agreement with Israel, to issue formal statement

CAIRO, July 31 (Xinhua) -- An agreement between Hamas and Israel has been reached, and Hamas will soon issue an official statement, Saudi-owned Al Arabiya TV reported Friday, citing a Hamas official.

Egypt's state TV also reported early Friday that Hamas and Palestinian factions have agreed to a plan for implementing the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement, including a gradual process for inventorying and storing their weapons.
