BEIJING, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) -- Opinions of more than 4,700 people were collected on a draft report of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) to the 20th CPC National Congress, Sun Yeli, spokesperson for the congress, said Saturday.
