On November 15, "Qiu Minghua Expert Workstation" was inaugurated at the Yunnan International Coffee Exchange.
Qiu Minghua is a researcher at the Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), a doctoral tutor and a winner of the First CAS Award for Young Scientists. He who began his research on coffee chemistry and its function in 2011 has discovered more than 40 new chemical constituents in coffee, largely in Pu'er coffee.
