

On October 24, the National Internet Emergency Center signed an agreement with the Changsha Economic Development Zone to establish Blockchain Security Technology Testing Center. It is the only one in China. It will work on blockchain code auditing, security testing, and risk monitoring with the Xingsha Blockchain Industrial Park. Many leaders attend the signing ceremony:
Du Cuilan, representative of the National Internet Emergency Center;
Wen Shuxun, chairman of the CPPCC Changsha Municipal Committee;
Li Qiu, deputy director of the Cyberspace Administration of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee;
Zhang Qinghong, director of the Administrative Committee of the Changsha National Economic and Technical Development Zone;
Mo Xiaojia, deputy secretary general, vice minister of the Publicity Department, and director of the Cyberspace Administration of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee; and,
Officials from the Changsha Economic Development Zone and Changsha County.
