

A French Children’s choir Les Petits Chanteurs de Saint-Marc, the origin choir of the famous film “The Chorus”, will hold a concert tour in China in November. At the invitation of the Xiaohejianjiao children's choir of the Hunan Culture Center, the French choir will give a lecture in Changsha on November 11 (Sunday) and 12 (Monday), and a concert at the Hunan Concert Hall at 7:30 pm on November 12. The French choir was founded in 1986 by a conductor Nicoias Porte. It has about 60 members from the same school, all between 10 and 15 years old. There are 25 to 30 members perform in the world concert tours. Since its establishment, the choir has recorded more than 15 CDs, some of which have won high honors. More than 2 million albums and 300,000 DVDs have been sold worldwide. It has held many acclaimed tours in dozens of countries and regions such as Spain, the United States, Japan, and China.
The choir has made several concert tours in China. It is one of the most popular children's choirs in China. It has created records of the highest box-office and the largest number of tour shows in children's choir performances.
