Wang Binkun, 71 years old, was a surgeon in the 477 Hospital of Xiangyang People's Liberation Army before retiring. He has collected more than 20,000 tickets for all kinds of admissions over the past 30 years.

Of the more than 20,000 tickets, 20 for the National Day theme are favored by Wang Binkun, including one from the 1974 Shanghai Garden Fair.

Wang Binkun successfully completed the operation for a patient in 1998, who learned that Wang Binkun enjoyed collecting tickets and gave him the ticket that he had been collecting for many years.
