

On August 21, the press conference and registration launching ceremony of the 2018 Changsha International Marathon was held at Changsha’s Helong Sports Center. It was hosted by the Chinese Athletic Association, Hunan Sports Bureau, and Changsha Municipal People’s Government. It was organized by the Hunan Provincial Athletics Association and the Changsha Sports Bureau. This year's event is called: “2018 Changsha International Marathon”, its slogan continues to be "Love Changsha, Love Running."
It will take place on Sunday October 21, 2018. Twenty-four hundred runners from home and abroad are anticipated to participate in the event. Runners can register through the official website of Changsha International Marathon.

1. Marathon (42.195KM) for 8000 participants
2. Half Marathon (21.0975KM) for 12000 participants
3. Individual Marathon (about 3KM) for 2000 participants
4. Family Marathon (about 3KM; 2-4 people/group) for 2,000 participants

Chinese nationals (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan): 60-150 CNY / person
