Linjie Mosque in Jingdong Yi Autonomous County is exquisite, imposing, time-honored and well preserved. It is of great historical and artistic value to the research on the migration, religious culture and buildings of the Hui nationality. In December 2003, it was designated as a "provincial cultural relic protection site" by the People's Government of Yunnan Province.
