On the afternoon of April 10, the manhole cover graffiti art themed activity was organized by a community in Yuhua district, Changsha and Changsha Social Work College, and Yanziling primary school.
More than 30 volunteers painted ordinary-looking manhole covers to be lovely, interesting, artistic and eco-friendly.
The community’s over 300 manhole covers in total will be painted with such cute graffiti art for ten times.
