Recently Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone (XDZ) has worked out the action plan of seizing the opportunity from the construction of great Xi'an construction, the linked development of the free trade zone and the independent innovation demonstration zone, and overtaking, implementing the "5882" roadmap and embarking upon the third startup of XDZ.

The goal of the third startup plan is to achieve total operating revenues of 2.5 trillion yuan by 2021 and 5 trillion yuan by 2025.
