On February 17th, a delegation led by Secretary General Li Yichun of China Innovation Alliance of the Graphene Industry paid a visit to the Hi-Tech Zone for investigation and survey and had panel discussions. Member of the Standing Committee of the Xi’an Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Xincheng District Committee, and Secretary of the Working Committee of the CPC of Xi’an Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Li Yi, and Deputy Mayor of Xi’an City, Fang Guanghua and others, attended the discussions.

Representatives from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Northwestern Polytechnical University and other such universities, representatives from Hualu Group, Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co., Ltd. and other companies, and officials of relevant government departments including Xi’an Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology and Xi’an Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone also attended the discussions.
