In 2016, the contractual amount of service outsourcing in Xi’an reached 1.864 billion USD, with a year-on-year growth of 23.63%. The contractual amount executed reached 1.06 billion USD, with a year-on-year growth of 28.17%. It was the first time that the contractual amount executed of service outsourcing in Xi’an had broken through the 1 billion USD mark.

According to statistics, Xi’an Hi-tech Zone and Xi’an Economic Development Zone – the two service outsourcing demonstration zones – have exceeded more than 95% of the contractual amount and the contractual amount executed in Xi’an.
