On December 2, China Development Bank (CDB) and Shaanxi Province jointly held the Symposium on Supporting Shaanxi's Investment-Credit Linkage in Technology Innovation Projects through Development Finance. At the symposium, Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone (XDZ) signed a cooperation agreement with CDB and China Development Bank Capital (CDB Capital), to jointly promote the pilot work of investment-credit linkage.

XDZ, CDB Shaanxi Branch and CDB Capital will support the development of growth-type technology innovation enterprises in XDZ in the mode of "investment + loan" and the mode of "loan + stock option", to cultivate some high-growth and competitive technology innovation enterprises. CDB will also support the development of the civil-military industry and urban infrastructural construction in XDZ.
