
Wu Chunping, one of the "sniper kings" of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, was demobilized from active service on Dec. 1. During his 12 years with the military, Wu participated in more than one dozen domestic sniper competitions. In 2014, he and his team won first prize at an international sniper competition.
