On October 31, the Enlarged Learning Meeting of the Central Group of the Party Work Committee of Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone (XDZ) was held to convey, learn and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.

Zhao Hongzhuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Xi'an Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Party Work Committee of XDZ, attended the meeting and made remarks. An Jianli, Deputy Secretary of the Party Work Committee and Chairman of the Administrative Committee of XDZ, chaired the meeting. Present were leaders of XDZ and Xi'an Gaoke Group, including Yang Renhua, Wang Bin, Wang Kuanrang, Xing Xin, Chen Hui, Han Hongli, Yang Niantian, Shi Kangdu, Yuan Hailin, Jia Changshun and Li Yahong.

The meeting required that XDZ's Party organizations at all levels, Party members and cadres, and the masses should vigorously carry forward XDZ's spirit of "innovation, inclusiveness, pragmatism, responsibility, excellence" in light of actualities and according to the spirit of the Plenary Meeting on the Construction of National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, self-impose stress, brave difficulties and work proactively, to advance zone construction in an all-round and accelerated manner.
