Recently, 2016 Yunnan Happy Mass Culture “Clouds Award” Final and Award Gala was held in Arts Hall, House of Culture of Yunnan, where seven categories of performances were granted the award. Five performances of Pu’er City won the “Clouds Award” after fierce competition with various cities.

The “Clouds Award” is the highest governmental award in mass culture in Yunnan.
