On October 15, the "Brain Games" kicked off at Xi'an Pioneering Community. The games included brain competitions such as Project Roadshow and Ultimate PK, entrepreneurial experience sharing by top investors, Dark Horse Class and tycoons, etc.

On October 16, the "Entrepreneurship Carnival" kicked off, bringing together Xi'an's innovation and entrepreneurship entities such as entrepreneurs, incubators, VC institutions and entrepreneurial teams, as well as entrepreneurial projects in Xi'an's superior industries such as smart hardware, biomedicine, electronic information, cultural creativity and Internet plus education. Six entrepreneurial teams were built, with VC celebrities, heads of leading enterprises and heads of incubator as leaders and deputy leaders. The six teams competed in various events under a tag match system. 

Platforms like Huajiao, Inke and Douyu broadcast the event themed "Start Up" live.
