On September 2, 2016, Deputy Secretary of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Jing Junhai along with other 130 leaders attending the experience exchange meeting of “deep into life for taking root among the masses” from Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, Ministry of Culture, the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of the People’s Republic of China, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and China Writers Association as well as principals and artists from the Publicity Department of the Communist Party across the country paid a visit to Xi’an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone.
