TOKYO, Aug. 29 (Xinhua) -- A man died and three others were injured in a shooting at a construction firm in the western Japancity of Wakayama Monday morning, police said.

The attacker, aged between 40 and 60, reportedly pulled out a gun from his bag while holding talks with the four victims and began shooting. He fled the scene with his weapon after the incident.

The police is currently searching for the gunman and has issued warnings for local residents.
