A valiant police officer risked his life to save a woman from jumping off a rooftop of a 11-storey building in southeast China’s Shenzhen on August 24, 2016.
The woman, who attempted to commit suicide after having a fight with her boyfriend, was seen dangling over the building facet, with her feet barely standing on a narrow beam. Two police officers were seen holding and grabbing her hands and trying not to let her go.
At this moment, a third officer suddenly climbed down onto the narrow beam, so he could secure the woman’s body while the other two officers tried to pull her up.
The third officer, surname Zhou, was particularly praised as a hero in this incident for risking his life.
