SWITZERLAND-LEYSIN-BIODEGRADABLE PAINTING

A painting of a shepherd, created by the French artist Saype and said to be the world's largest biodegradable painting, is seen on the Chaux-de-Mont near Leysin, Switzerland, Aug. 8, 2016. The 100 meter long and 100 meter wide painting is made of flour, water, linseed oil and natural pigments and will last about three weeks. It took the 27-year-old artist Saype a week to complete the work, which pays homage to pastoral and rural life in the Alps Mountain. (Xinhua/Xu Jinquan)
