Model of Zhengyangmen unveiled at China Red Sandalwood Museum in Beijing

BEIJING, May 6, 2016 (Xinhua) -- China Red Sandalwood Museum Curator Chan Laiwa (2nd L) makes an introduction for Curator of the Palace Museum Shan Jixiang (3rd L) in front of the model of Zhengyangmen, main entrance to ancient Beijing, in Beijing, capital of China, May 6, 2016. Unveiled at China Red Sandalwood Museum on Friday, the model was made of red sandalwood and ebony with a proportion of 1:10. As the last installment of the 16 models of Beijing's ancient city gates initiated by the museum, the model of Zhengyangmen is 18 meters long, 17.2 meters wide and 5 meters high. (Xinhua/Lu Peng)
