HANOI, April 12, 2016 -- Two destroyers of Japan's Maritime Self-Defense Force, JS Ariake and JS Setogiri, dock at Cam Ranh International Seaport in Vietnam's central coastal province of Khanh Hoa, April 12, 2016.
