Recently, Xi'an Software Park of Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone was rated as one of the third batch of Culture and Technology Integration Demonstration Parks of Xi'an, which included a total of 33 enterprises, including Shaanxi People's Education Press.

On May 18, 2012, Xi'an was rated as one of the first group of National Culture and Technology Integration Demonstration Bases by a number of government agencies, including the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Culture, and the State Administration of Radio Film and Television and the General Administration of Press and Publication.
