On March 16, 2016, Xi'an Software Park held a large-scale spring job fair to recruit talents. Long lines of students formed outside the venue as over 2,500 students from over 20 universities and colleges came to the fair and entered in an orderly fashion.

In 2015, a total of 256 promotional activities were organized for enterprises of various kinds from Xi'an Software Park, a part of Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone, 10 job fairs on the campuses of higher education institutions in Xi'an, and two job fairs in the park in spring and fall. Also, the annual series of job fairs organized on such campuses was highly praised by the enterprises in the park, and attracted a total of 214 enterprises, including Xi'an Jingdiao Software Technology Co., Ltd., Emerson Electric Company, Pacific Century Cyber Works, and Xi'an Intelligence Silicon Technology, Inc.; in fact, 4,498 jobs were offered at the job fairs, and over 30 universities and colleges in Xi'an and its perimeter, nearly 10,000 graduates were involved.
