BEIJING, March 13 -- The number of suspects, placed in custody for more than three years without being charged, reduced from 4,459 in 2013 to six by 2015, said a work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Sunday.

The report will be delivered by Procurator-General Cao Jianming at a plenary meeting of the ongoing session of the National People's Congress. It was distributed to the press ahead of the meeting.
