BEIJING, March 8 (People’s Daily) –“China is acting fully in line with law while not accepting the South China Sea arbitration filed by the Philippines”, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Tuesday.
He reiterated China's sovereignty over the Nansha Islands in the South China Sea and their adjacent waters.
Wang also stressed that navigation freedom does not mean "doing whatever you want" in South China Sea. “There are other countries than China to be accused of militarizing the South China Sea,” said him.
“Any attempts to disturb the South China Sea and destabilize Asia would not be allowed by China and most other countries in the region”, he added.
