Photos taken on February 23, 2016 show that a bullet-like vehicle roaming the road in Nanchong city, southwest China’s Sichuan province. The vehicle is said to be modified from a bicycle, with three bicycle tires and a plastic-made body. A thirty-something man and a kid were in the vehicle when it was pulled over by police.

The vehicle was later banned by local police due to safety concerns.
