Canadian artist Stephen Lund has “sketched” a myriad of playful doodles around Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia in Canada. But these paintings are not typical artistic endeavor—instead of using a brush on canvas, Lund rode his bike and tracked his journey with a GPS.
The combination of a very specific cycling path and GPS software created the unconventional works of art from Star Wars figures to animals and machine equipment. According to Lund, he has ridden a total of 3,000 miles in 2015 to construct these elaborate drawings.
