Recently people were touched by the twin sisters who suffered from uremia and would donate organs to other persons in Anhui province.

Sun Yaling and Sun Yating were the twin sisters who were diagnosed with congenital diabetes as teenagers in Taihe county of east China's Anhui province. Even though they faced this misfortune, the sisters have been studying and working hard for twenty years, hoping to provide a better life for their elderly parents.

In the second half of 2015, the sisters became seriously ill and suffered from uremia. They made up their minds to bravely face death and donate their organs to others in need.

Born to a rural family in Taihe county of Fuyang city in March 1984, the twin sisters always brought hope to their poor family. "We do not want other persons to know about our condition," said Sun Yating. After finding out about the disease, they did their injections secretly at home.

"I still remember that when I was young, it was expensive to get an injection - about 70 yuan. Our parents had to pay medical expenses and tuition fees for us, which was a heavy burden for them," said Sun Yating.

Before starting work at a Sino-foreign joint venture pharmaceutical factory in June 2010, Sun Yating worked as a chemist in Taihe county after she graduated from college in 2006. Her elder sister - Sun Yaling worked in a hospital in Beijing from 2008.

The high expenses of treating their uremia caused their parents to live a hard life. It was almost impossible for this poor family to treat them.

"When we were in a bad condition, I chatted with my elder sister. If we die one day and only leave a pile of debt to our parents, they will lose the hope to live anymore. We want to donate our organs to those people in need. When our parents miss us, they could see the people who are reborn because of us," said Sun Yating.

Schoolmates of the twin sisters donated a total of 40,000 yuan to them after finding out about the situation, hoping to help the kind-hearted sisters to live a happy life even just for a day.
