On January 15, the 1st Innovation and Pioneering Summit Forum and Projects Docking Fair of Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone for the National “Recruitment Program of Global Experts” kicked off in Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone (or the Zone for short).
