
On January 15, the Leading Talents Innovative Projects Docking Fair of the national “Recruitment Program of Global Experts” was held in Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone (or the Zone for short). According to reports, the Zone will set up a special fund in 2016 to encourage foreign and domestic high-level talents and lead talents of the national “Recruitment Program of Global Experts” to start up a business in the Zone.
According to reports, in 2016, the Zone will launch an initiative to offer incentives to units and intermediaries that cultivate and introduce talents of the national “High-level Personnel of Special Support Program” or “Recruitment Program of Global Experts” at a rate of RMB200,000 per talent. High-level talents who are suitable for strategic emerging industries as key development objects of the Zone will be able to live in the talents apartments and be offered subsidies for renting an apartment according to 50% of the market price. Talents in various fields will be provided with prior government affairs services, such as transfer of registered permanent residence, personnel agency, talent dispatch, employee recruitment, and application for a residence permit of fresh graduates.
By the end of March, the Zone will issue announcements about relevant policies on the websites of www.xdz.gov.cn, www.xdzinfo.com, and www.hrdonline.com. Experts who are qualified for or interested in the initiative may stay tune to the notice.
