A test paper with a cartoon featuring a little girl who wears big braids and with tearful eyes went viral online. It was released in the We Chat Circle by Ms. Wang, a teacher who is in charge of a class in a junior high school in Dashihua District, southwest China's Chongqing city.

The cartoon was drawn by Bingbing, a third grade student in the school. In a physics examination, she found it difficult to solve several calculation questions. After thinking for a few minutes, she still could not figure out the answers. Feeling guilty, she expressed apology to her teacher through this method.

"She is not a mischievous girl. I feel so happy and warm to have such a lovely student who expressed her apology in this unique way. The physics teacher had explained to Bingbing how to solve the questions after knowing this," said Ms. Wang.

"In this situation, knowing the real thoughts of students is rather important. Teachers and parents should give children correct guidance, especially let them know how to face the difficulty and express it in a right way. For instance, children could write down the sentence 'I want to get help from teachers'," said Wang Weihong, the vice president of the Teaching Academy in the city.
