Koan Hui and Wilson Yip (of 'Ip Man' trilogy fame, as well as two great little dramas 'Bullets over Summer' and 'Juliet in Love' well worth checking out) team up with Jet Li for this supernatural action epic, in which Li will battle immortals and spirits. It is based on the 16th Century Chinese novel 'Investiture of the Gods', and comes at a time when the Chinese film market is riding high on mythological fantasy movies like ' Journey to the West' and 'Monkey King'. Starring alongside Li are Shu Qi, Huang Xiaoming, Louis Koo and Tony Leung Kar-fai.
