Over 1,300 tons of new surfacing for the bridge have been successfully transported to the construction site to replace the old surface, which has provided an technical example of the overall replacement of the large-tonnage bridge.

Sanyuan Bridge is a major overpass on the northeastern stretch of the 3rd Ring Road of Beijing. The Airport Expressway, Jingshun Road (China National Highway 101) and the 3rd Ring Road are interlinked by the vital overpass.

Some netizens also complained about the speed of construction in their own country. Kevin Yew said: "It will take 3 years to construct a bridge like this." While Netizen Jojo Delos Santos responded to him:" You are so lucky, it will take three presidencies to make it in our country."
