Magical moment: Megan Rion of Imagine That Photography captured a local deer wondering onto the set of one-month-old Connor's first photoshoot at Sam Houston Jones State Park in Moss Bluff, Louisiana.

A newborn baby’s first photoshoot took an unexpected turn when a local deer moseyed out of the woods and made a cameo appearance in the one-month-old infant’s portraits.

Tiffany Gill Rogers' son Connor was being photographed sleeping on a bale of hay at Sam Houston Jones State Park in Moss Bluff, Louisiana, by Megan Rion of Imagine That Photography when a deer known as Maggie wandered into the backdrop of the photo.

A short clip of the visit, which was filmed by Tiffany, 33, and shared on YouTube on Tuesday, has been viewed more than 200,000 views since it was posted.

The video sees Maggie slowly approaching the unassuming baby as she looks over the little boy's head.

Megan was able to shoot the special moment, and in the stunning portrait Maggie appears to be watching over Connor as he sleeps.

The photographer told Yahoo Parenting that Maggie frequents photoshoots so often that parents request her presence, although Megan reminds them that she can't guarantee that the deer will come out of the woods where she lives.
