Besides the 17 blasts in Liucheng county, 1 blast was seen about 50 km away in Liuzhou city on the same day.
Suspect paid others to get parcels delivered
Local police inquired witnesses, finding suspect paid couriers to deliver parcels of bombs aross Liucheng.

The blasts were triggered by delivery parcels. According to local police, 60 more suspicious parcels have been identified and under surveillance. The bomb disposal experts are on the way.
