A massive Kings Point estate belonged to late Soviet billionaire Tamir Sapir is listed $100 million in New York real estate market. The eight-acre property features three dwellings including a stone mansion built in 1928, two guest houses with 13 en suite bedrooms and 35 bathrooms. The over-the-top waterfront estate designed to resemble the Peterhof Grand Palace in St. Petersburg also has multiple indoor and outdoor pools, a private shooting range, myriad fountains and a casino. An unknown buyer shielded by a limited liability company bought the palace from Sapir in 2013 for $15.85 million.
