BEIJING, Aug. 25 (Xinhua) -- China's central bank announced on Tuesday decisions to cut the benchmark one-year interest rates by 25 basis points to 4.6 percent from Wednesday.
From Sept. 6, it will cut the bank reserve requirement ratio by 50 basis points.
