China refutes "the invasion of US top officials' emails"

The spokesman of Chinese embassy in the United States Zhu Haiquan denied the report of US Media that "Chinese hackers invaded the personal emails of American top officials". He expressed that China firmly opposes hacker attack in all manifestations. The microphone diplomacy of the US would not solve any problem and the result would be just the opposite.

According to the NBC's words quoted from an US anonymous intelligence official, Chinese cyber spies invaded the personal emails of top officials in charge of national security and business affairs of Obama administration, which could be dated from April in 2010.

Aiming at the reports of US media, Zhu Haiquan, showed that Chinese organizations and the staff would not be occupied in any cyber hacker attack. As one of the countries suffering most from hacking, China firmly opposes hacker attacks in all the manifestations and will take a strong stance against it.

"The combat against transnational cyber hacker attack needs international cooperation. Groundless accusations and microphone diplomacy cannot solve any problem and the result would be just the opposite," Zhu Haiquan said.
