GUIYANG, Aug. 12 -- A coal and gas outburst in a coal mine in southwest China's Guizhou Province on Tuesday night has killed 10 people, local authorities said.
The outburst occurred around 7:50 p.m. in a coal mine in Louxia Township of Pu'an County.
Rescue is underway and authorities are looking into the cause of the accident.
